How can I make a reservation?

Why is a reservation important?

A reservation at Paintball 24 guarantees that both the paintball field and equipment will be available on the desired date.

By making a reservation, we can fully prepare to provide the best possible service.

What if I want to change my reservation?

To change your reservation, simply call us on +41 55 615 19 74 or send us an email to info@paintball24.ch and we will take care of it.

Approximate number of players is sufficient. Some people more or less is not a problem. The minimum number for the respective playing fields must be adhered to or the difference must be paid. At least 6 people (Chaos City small)

Cancellation of an event

Free cancellations no later than 14 days before the event
14 – 7 days before the start of the event 50%
7 – 1 day before the start of the event 70%
In the event of no-show 100%
We only charge the minimum number of players required on a field. That means 6 people (Chaos City small 1 & 2 / Dock 1 & 2 or 16 people Chaos City)

Do I need experience to play at Paintball 24?

No previous experience is required to play at Paintball 24.

Our friendly, professional staff is always available to answer questions and provide tips so that you can have a great and safe experience with us.

How long is the paintball 24 experience?

A paintball event lasts between 2-3 hours, depending on the playing time required.

You must show up 20-30 minutes before the start of your reservation in order to ensure that there is enough time to put on your Paintball24 safety clothing, to listen to the instructions from our team before the fight and to ensure that your match starts on time.

What is the minimum age to play?

We recommend 10 years.

What clothes and shoes

You get an overalls from us in the size S-XXXL

We recommend dry underwear and a t-shirt to wear after the game if you sweat.

Sports shoes or the like. Paint is easily washable.

Separate changing rooms and showers are available for men and women.

Lockers are available for storing valuable items.

Which equipment is provided?

We offer all equipment that is needed for playing overalls / suits in sizes S-XXXL.

Paintball marker, loader, combat package with 100 pods, paintball face protection, neck protection, cap, chest and back protection, gloves, overalls, knee pads, team shirt and the corresponding number of paintballs per person.

Do we have to share the paintball field?

No! All events are private.

The playing field can only be reserved for one group.

Reservations can range from 6 to 200+ people.

What are the opening times?

Reservation only.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Playing times are between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm.

If you’d like to play outside of these hours, please contact us.

Please note that we reserve the right to close on days when no paintball matches are planned.

It is very important to us that you contact us in advance to make a reservation.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment will be made on the day of the event.

You can pay in cash or with all known credit cards.

(Companies can pay by invoice upon prior request)

Are there any catering facilities at Paintball 24?

Yes! We offer a range of meals, refreshments and snacks.

Our catering service can put together an individual menu in our restaurant, contact us in advance and we guarantee a unique experience.

Can I bring my own paintball equipment?

Yes! You can bring your own equipment if it’s okay for the whole group.

The paintballs that are used must be from Paintball 24.

(There is no price reduction if you use your own equipment.)
